August 18, 2024 (GALGANI) – An estimated 233 households were displaced in Sudan’s Sennar state between 13 and 18 August 2024 following an attack reportedly carried out by the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF). The incident occurred in Galgani town, Abu Hujar locality of Sennar State. Displaced households, data provided by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) shows, sought shelter in locations across Ed Damazine, Blue Nile.
