WARREN — An 18-year-old was arraigned Monday morning after police discovered he was carrying a firearm while searching the area around Rock Bottom Cafe following a reported shooting on Saturday. Tre’Von Kelly, of Orchard Avenue SE, appeared before Warren Municipal Court Judge Natasha Natale and pleaded not guilty to charges of carrying concealed weapons, a fourth-degree felony, and a misdemeanor charge of discharging firearms. Bond was set at $50,000 with another court date for Kelly set for Aug. 20. Police responded to a bar in the 1600 block of North Park Avenue early Saturday morning.
