Pravas Kumar Pradhan, Chief Construction Engineer, Anandpur Barrage Project, Salapada, Keonjhar (A/p SE, Irrigation Division, Balasore), has been arrested by the Vigilance sleuths for possession of disproportionate assets to his known source of income.
