Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police said the deadly incident happened at 9:46 a.m. Friday, July 26, in the 200 block of Peachtree Drive South. As emergency personnel arrived at the scene, they found Jenna Wolfe, 37, lying on the railroad tracks.
