Saudi-based Ladun Investment Company has announced that one of its key subsidiaries, Built Industrial Company, has been awarded a US $167.3mn contract by Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Municipalities and Housing. The project involves the expansion of the ministry’s own headquarters in Riyadh. The contracted scope of work includes building eight new concrete floors and two underground parking zones, connected to the existing building by a pedestrian bridge at third-floor level.
