(KRON) – The Santa Rosa Police Department arrested a person suspected of being a cocaine trafficker, the department announced on social media.  Santa Rosa PD Narcotics Team launched an investigation against a man who is an alleged cocaine trafficker, 33-year-old Santa Rosa resident Issac Elias Romero.
