Rangers appoint Hamza Igamane as manager

Rangers Football Club has appointed Hamza Igamane as their new manager. This decision comes after a thorough selection process conducted by the club's board of directors. The striker, who can also play as a winger, joins from FAR Rabat in his homeland for a deal reported to be worth around £1.5million.

Walid Regragui is believed to be considering a full call-up to the squad that finished fourth at the 2022 World Cup.

But Morocco Olympic boss Tarik Sektioui omitted Igamane from his final squad and revealed that he was one of nine players refused permission to compete in the tournament by their clubs in Europe.
