SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- A suspect who police say pushed a 74-year-old woman into a BART train resulting in her death was arrested Monday night, according to the Bay Area Rapid Transit District. The woman was pushed into a Millbrae-bound BART train at Powell Street Station in San Francisco at around 11:06 p.m. The train was approaching and the woman, according to BART, hit her head on the train and fell on the platform after being pushed by the suspect. She was taken to San Francisco General Hospital and later died.
