CEDAR PARK, Texas (KXAN) -- The Cedar Park Police Department is seeking the public's help in finding a woman who went missing earlier on Tuesday, the agency said on social media Tuesday. Delcy Martinez Ramos, 20, left her home on South Cougar Avenue Tuesday afternoon and has not been seen since, according to CPPD. Police said Martinez Ramos has a cognitive impairment "and may be confused or disoriented." The Cedar Park Police Department is seeking the public's help to find a woman with a cognitive impairment who was last seen Tuesday afternoon in Cedar Park.
