WARREN — Two Braceville parents were each arraigned on a felony charge of child endangerment in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court, accused of allowing their child around a dangerous dog that attacked their 2-year-old. Jonah Fisher, 25, and Destany M. Myers, 26, both of Westgate Drive, were each charged with a third-degree felony of child endangering. Myers was arraigned before Judge Cynthia Rice on Wednesday and Fisher was heard Tuesday before Judge Andrew D. Logan, as both pleaded not guilty. Their bonds were set at $2,500, and as a condition of their bond, they’re ordered to have no contact with the victim. The two are due back in court on separate days, Fisher will appear July 9 while
