GROVE CITY, Ohio (WCMH) – Hours after Grove City police arrested a man accused of kidnapping his ex-girlfriend Thursday morning, another agency is looking for him again. Lancaster police are looking for 38-year-old Quinntel Bagley as an escaped prisoner. While law enforcement agents were trying to take him from treatment at Fairfield Medical Center around 1:22 p.m., he got away from custody. Quinntel Bagley.
