Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly witnessed on Tuesday the launch of the first seminar of the New Development Bank (NDB) in Egypt. The two-day seminar is hosted by Egypt in the New Administrative Capital. It is held under the aegis of President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi.
