WARREN — A fatal shooting at Park Place 24 Tavern early Monday morning marks the third homicide this year in Warren. At about 2:01 a.m., a Warren police report states officers responded to an emergency call at 2185 Parkman Road near Family Dollar, where they discovered a deceased individual at the scene. The victim, identified only as an unknown black male, had sustained gunshot wounds.
