Qatar University-College of Engineering (QU-CENG) and the Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to co-operate in the fields of academic research, student training and support, in terms of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) yesterday.  The MoU was signed by QU President Dr Hassan Rashid al-Derham and Mohamed Ali al-Mannai, President of CRA, during a ceremony held at the QU headquarters and in the presence of officials from both the institutions.
