Alejandro Jose Confesor was arrested Sunday night in connection with the alleged assault, which was reported around 1:45 a.m. Thursday at a home in the 2800 block of Wellington Street, according to San Diego Police Department Lt. Michael Swanson. Police said the suspect is believed to have returned to the same home around 3:25 a.m. Sunday, although he was spotted on the property but did not make his way back into the house.
