It happened around 10:30 a.m. at the Fairway Vista Apartments, located in the 1900 block of Brandywine Road. Bystanders initiated CPR. West Palm Beach Fire Rescue found the child unconscious, not breathing and without a pulse. The toddler was taken to St. Mary’s Medical Center.
