Bhubaneswar: Former Minister and MLA from Bhogarai, Kamala Das has breathed her last today. She passed away today morning due to age related issues at a private hospital in Cuttack. She was 79 years old. Kamala was a there time MLA from Bhogarai Assembly Constituency. She was elected as MLA in 1990, 1995 and 2000 from Bhogarai. She was a Minister in the Government led by Biju Patnaik during 1990 to 1995 and again under Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik during 2000 to 2001.
