The victim was lying in the exit lane of a shopping center parking lot at 10791 Tierrasanta Blvd., police said, when he was run over by an unknown vehicle shortly before 12:30 p.m. Wednesday. The driver left the lot following the collision. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. At this time there is no vehicle or driver description available.
