It is time to take action, get involved and clean house As a Weld County resident of 20-plus years, I am appalled and angered at the actions of four county commissioners. After the March 13 meeting, public comment was shut down by Commissioners Ross, Freeman, James and Buck. Only Commissioner Saine supported, and continues to attempt to reinstate, all public comment. This means our First Amendment right, granted to us by our Creator, the U.S. Constitution and Weld County law, has been revoked. These commissioners do not have the right to take that away, and yet they have done so.
