The Phoenix Suns secured a decisive 117-107 victory over the Denver Nuggets in a thrilling matchup that showcased the Suns' resilience and determination. From the opening tip-off, the Suns displayed their offensive prowess, with Devin Booker leading the charge with 35 points and Chris Paul orchestrating the offense with 15 assists. The Suns' defense also proved to be a formidable force, holding the Nuggets to just 107 points and forcing key turnovers throughout the game.

The star players from both teams showcased their skills throughout the game, with standout performances from Nikola Jokic for the Nuggets and Devin Booker for the Suns. Both players displayed incredible talent and determination, leading their respective teams to put up a strong fight until the very end.

Bradley Beal, who had five of his 16 in the extra period.

Durant’s biggest shot of the night was a game-tying, step-back 3-pointer with 26.6 seconds remaining. He was 3 of his previous 17 from the floor leading into that shot. But there was no doubt he was taking it.

“I knew coming across half-court, ‘This is do-or-die right here, I’ve got make this shot or it might be game,’” said Durant, who was 14 of 34 from the floor. “My fundamentals were right on that one.

Kevin Garnett and Ray Allen. Crawford said that Boston squad had to take time to feel each other out. And that’s what Crawford thinks this group needs.

“When you have a Big 3 like they have, I really believe it’s just going to take time. … With these three guys, you got two guys that are really young and KD is still at such a high level we can say he’s young as well in that way who can still get it done at the highest level,” he said. “So that’s just gonna take time to work out the kinks.”

The Celtics are the favorite in NBA Championship odds, at +225, followed by the Denver Nuggets at +450 and the Los Angeles Clippers at +500. The Milwaukee Bucks are fourth, at +700.

So Crawford is going a little bit out on a limb with his Suns pick, as Phoenix is third in the Western Conference in those NBA title odds.

There's still a lot of basketball left. You can't count the Suns out yet.
