WARREN — Noel Flores pleaded guilty Tuesday to involuntary manslaughter stemming from the shooting death of a Warren mother in her Francis Avenue home in November. Flores, 20, accepted a plea agreement to an amended indictment charging him in the slaying of 26-year-old Ashante Fisher-Kirksey.
