The victim, who was said to be in her 20s, fell from street level at 900 Sunset Cliffs Blvd. at about 2 p.m. Saturday, according to the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department. She suffered serious injuries and was taken to a local hospital via a SDFD helicopter. “This was a fast, efficient and safe rescue because of teamwork between firefighters, lifeguards and the (helicopter) crew,” the SDFD said. – City News Service
