Imphal: A day after the Manipur Assembly unanimously resolved to urge the Central government to abrogate the Suspension of Operations (SoO) agreement with all the Kuki-Zomi militant outfits, 10 tribal MLAs on Friday condemned the resolution, terming it “biased”.
