LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – February is Black History Month, and a local business owner is celebrating by encouraging community members to shop small. The annual Black-Owned Business Expo is back this weekend for its fourth year. The event features several small businesses and entrepreneurs throughout Lincoln and the surrounding areas. On top of vendors, there will also be live entertainment and a raffle.
