The UNC men’s and women’s lacrosse teams each earned wins on Saturday. The men’s team took on Fairfield in a neutral-site game in Maryland. After a closely-contested first quarter, the Tar Heels blew the game open with a 5-0 run in the second quarter, two of which came from Dominic Pietramala. That momentum continued in the second half, as the Tar Heels outscored the Stags in the third quarter to put the game on ice.
