Hyderabad: The wife of Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, Nandini Mallu, has applied for a Congress ticket from the Khammam Lok Sabha seat, which has some key aspirants, including former Union minister Renuka Chowdary.
