By Kari Hartmann TALMAGE – Caltrans held a public meeting Thursday, Dec. 7, at the Mendocino County Office of Education on Old River Road in Ukiah to solicit feedback for future improvements to Talmage Road. Representatives from the City of Ten Thousand Buddhas attended the meeting as well as Talmage residents and representatives from businesses along the route. Talmage Road serves residents of Talmage, Mill Creek, and Rogina Heights, as well as being the gateway to Cow Mountain Recreation Area. It serves thousands of cars daily.
