THE FAMILY of 31-year-old Rashawn Williams have issued a desperate plea for help after the Maryland resident vanished on October 20. Williams, who was born with Down Syndrome and is non-verbal, was last seen leaving his care program on October 20 at around 6.40pm. He had been staying with caregivers at a hotel in the 12000 block of Plum Orchard Drive in Silver Spring due to a fire at his family home.
