Daniel Jones There will be no Daniel Jones, but Saquon Barkley will make his long-awaited return to the New York Giants' backfield in Week 6.
Barkley is officially active for the Giants' Sunday night clash with the host Buffalo Bills despite dealing with a high ankle sprain.
Tyrod Taylor, certainly doesn't bode well for an offensive turnaround, but Barkley's return could provide a spark.
The Giants' star running back was limited throughout the week at practice and drew a questionable designation coming into the game.

The Bills will have tight end Dawson Knox, who was questionable with a wrist injury. He has 11 catches for 75 yards and a touchdown this season.
The Bills’ inactives are safety Damar Hamlin, cornerback Dane Jackson (foot), linebacker A.J. Klein, offensive lineman Germain Ifedi, offensive lineman Alec Anderson and tight end Dalton Kincaid (concussion).
Either Kaiir Elam or Ja’Marcus Ingram will start at cornerback in Jackson’s spot.
The other Giants inactive are defensive backs Bobby McCain and Gervarrius Owens (both healthy scratches) and defensive lineman D.J. Davidson, who was listed as questionable on Friday's injury report with a knee issue. 
John Michael Schmitz (shoulder), and tackle Matt Peart (shoulder), all of whom were declared out on Friday on the inactive list.
