Minister of Electricity Mohamed Shaker said Egypt has outlined an integrated strategy for the production of low-carbon hydrogen and to be among world leaders in its production. Shaker made the remarks at the inauguration of the Arab Forum for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (ARFREE).
