A Niagara man was arrested by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers at the Rainbow Bridge border crossing Sunday for a “criminal sexual act.” The 53-year-old Canadian citizen was held as he was headed into Niagara Falls, N.Y. “to go shopping,” CBP public affairs officer Mike Niezgoda said in a news release.
