The forest wing of Odisha Vigilance seized the illegal sawmills at Baliapal and Brahmapur villages under Singla PS in Balasore. The vigilance sleuths also seized sawmill accessories and timber worth around Rs 10 lakh. “In a joint forest raid today by forest wing of Odisha #Vigilance on running of 2 illegal sawmills at Baliapal & village- Brahmapur, PS- Singla, Balasore, sawmill accessories & timber worth approx Rs.10 Lakhs seized”, the Vigilance said while adding that the investigation is underway.
