The Sanhedrin Chapter of the California Native Plant Society will be hosting an Elegant Tarweed viewing at the Grace Hudson Museum Wild Gardens on Saturday, Sept. 16, at 9 a.m. at 431 S. Main St. We will also be checking out some of the late summer/early fall changes in the garden. After viewing the tarweed and dogbane in the garden, you can visit the museum (opening at 10 a.m.) to see paintings by Grace Carpenter Hudson that highlight cultural uses of these plants.
