The first ordinance allowed for intra-fund transfers for the current fiscal year that runs from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31. A transfer of $5,000 from the Contingency Fund to the Benefits, Contractual Services, Supplies, and Capital Outlays Fund was the first part of the ordinance. The second part of the ordinance deals with a $25,554 transfer from the Swimming Pool Fund, and is to be split between Other/Personal Services Fund ($15,000) and the Benefits, Contractual Services,
