Al-Hilal have presented FC Barcelona target Neymar with an "important proposal" on Saturday, which Fabrizio Romano's sources described to the transfer market expert as a "huge bid".
In France, RMC Sport's Fabrice Hawkins reported that Neymar is "one step" away from signing for the Saudi giants and "very close to leaving" Paris Saint-Germain.
