Thomas James Frater, 75, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 27, 2023, at Bridge Hospice Care Center, Bowling Green, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on January 7, 1948, in Kenton, Ohio to the late Earl Jr. and Irene M. (Williams) Frater. Tom was a graduate of Hardin Northern High School, Dola, Ohio, class of 1967. After graduation, Tom served his country proudly in the U.S. Navy in the Mediterranean. Tom married Alita A. Borger on August 1, 1971, and she survives in Bowling Green, Ohio. Also surviving are his two daughters, Sarah E. (James) Davis, of Bowling Green, Ohio and Deborah A. (Derek) Cohen, of Austin, Texas and two grandsons Aleister Irwin and Leighton Thomas Cohen
