Kathy was born March 13, 1963, to Albert and Lillian (Fletcher) Pultz. She was raised by her mother and stepfather, Kenneth Fletcher. She was preceded in death by her mother, Lillian Fletcher; father, Albert Pultz and stepfather Kenneth Fletcher. Her grandparents, Edwin and Mable Miller, and Albert and Georgia Pultz and her half-brother, Albert G. Pultz. She is survived by her boyfriend, Tom Hayhurst; children Crystal Keatley (James Bender) and Josh Keatley; her siblings Connie (Rick) Williams, Amy (Carl) McMaster and Kenneth (Brenda) Fletcher; half-brothe
