A Wood County grand jury on Wednesday indicted Travis James Noon, 25, Bowling Green, for two counts of rape, both first-degree felonies. He is in jail with a $100,000 bond. From June 12-15 and again June 15-19 in Bowling Green, he allegedly engaged in sexual conduct with the same female who was under the age of 10. Brandon Michael Thorpe, 35, Maumee, was indicted for three counts of rape, all first-degree felonies.
