According to the UPD, an officer stopped a vehicle that was seen driving on South State Street around 11:15 a.m. March 24 at “an extremely high rate of speed.” Shortly after the driver yielded in the 2000 block of South State Street, the officer reported that a second vehicle that had also been speeding pulled up.
