Several people were arrested recently in connection with reports of mail theft and a theft from a business, the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office reported. According to the MCSO, a theft was reported at the Mouse House in the 2200 block of North State Street in Ukiah around 11:45 a.m. Jan. 11.
