On Thursday, Oct. 13, a new UC 4-H Youth Development project will begin in Ukiah to inspire young people ages 8-18 to explore forests. This project will join many other clubs that are available through the Ukiah Shamrocks 4-H Club. The forest project will be led by Licensed Forester Estelle Clifton and UC Hopland Research and Extension Center Community Educator Hannah Bird. “We welcome young people who like to be outside learning about trees, animals and birds to join this exciting new project,” Bird said
