Damascus, SANA- President Bashar al-Assad issued on Monday legislative degree no.19 for 2022, amending the Article no. 43 of the Military Pensions Law issued by the legislative decree no. 17 for 2003 and its amendments, and Article no. 42 of the Internal Security Forces Pensions Law issued by the legislative decree no.2 for the year 2012. According to the decree, the injured military personnel whose service has been terminated shall be referred again to the Military Medical Council and the Health Investigation Board or Committee according to his rank to determine the percentage of his disability after the aggravation of his injury.
