To the Editor: My name is Karen Zimmerman and I live in the town of Ukiah. For the past five months I have been battling with C and S Waste regarding our green bin pick-up. They are continuing to dump the green bin into the regular garbage. I have spoken to the local office of C and S four times. I have also written to corporate headquarters and gotten no reply. I have since written to my city councilman, Jim Brown, who spoke to C and S which solved the problem for two weeks. He has not answered my recent emails regarding the continuing practice. I have also written CalRecycle and have heard nothing and have seen no action. I have pictures of dumped green bins at 5:30 a.m. today. C and S has
