Damascus, SANA- The Syrian and Iraqi Ministries of Water Resources inked Friday the joint executive program for cooperation in achieving the objectives of the ninth phase of the Intergovernmental Hydrological Program (IHP-IX) at Dama Rose Hotel in Damascus. The program, signed by Water Resources Minister, Tammam Ra’ad, and his Iraqi counterpart, Mehdi Rashid al-Hamadani, includes forming a Joint Coordination Committee comprising experts representing the two countries with a mission to establish a joint electronic platform, develop capacities and exchange experiences between the two countries.
