Four men from Mississippi and one man from Georgia were arrested Friday for alleged illegal possession and transportation of marijuana after a shooting in Willits, the California Highway Patrol reported. According to the CHP, officers responded to Highway 101 near West Road shortly before 9 p.m. Aug. 5 when a motorist reported that his vehicle had become disabled because of gunfire.
