The first graduation ceremony of the University of Southern Philippines Foundation's (USPF) Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency Accreditation Programme (ETEEAP) was held recently in Doha. The event was facilitated by Sigma Educational Consultancies. Thirty Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) currently working in various industries across the country, were conferred with bachelor’s degree by the USPF. Done through blended learning, the students’ bachelor’s degree was completed through the ETEEAP of the Philippine government and administered by the Commission of Higher Education (CHED) under Executive Order 330 (EO 330).
