Sonora, CA – A new statewide initiative to improve health and housing outcomes for people experiencing homelessness has chosen to partner with Resiliency Village, a non-profit working to reduce the homeless crisis in the Tuolumne County region, and the Mathiesen Memorial Medical Clinic.
