POSSIBLE OD: An officer responded to the 1300 block of North State Street at 7:58 p.m. April 7 for a report of a possible overdose and arrested a 46-year-old Ukiah man for being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a drug paraphernalia. He was cited and released. DUI: An officer responded to the 1300 block of South State Street at 10:38 p.m. April 7 for a report of a trespasser and arrested Rogelio Moreno-Hernandez, 47, of Ukiah, on suspicion of driving under the influence. He was booked into Mendocino County Jail.
