Jafari made 14 of 19 field goals en route to 34 points and added six rebounds, three assists and three steals in a 72-67 loss against Bakersfield Christian.

Avery Kame, Esperanza, So., G

Kame scored 10 of her 20 points in the fourth quarter to help the Aztecs defeat Villa Park 49-43 for first place in the Crestview League. Kame made four 3-pointers and had two steals.

Alexa Muller, Esperanza, Sr., G

Muller scored 15 points with five assists, three steals and seven rebounds in a 49-43 victory at then-No. 6 Villa Park in the Crestview League. She sank four 3-pointers.

Elle Palmer, Santa Margarita, So., F

Palmer scored 20 points with 10 rebounds in a 47-43 victory against then-No. 1 ranked JSerra in the Trinity League.

Jayden Witten, St. Margaret’s, Fr., F

Witten scored 25 points in a 61-55 loss against Rosary in the Pacific Coast League.
