Gerwyn Price believes several darts players are ‘scared’ of Luke Littler before they even get to the oche.
But Price is not one of them.
So much so that ‘The Iceman’ declared if he can ‘turn up’ for Friday’s quarter-final against the reigning world champion, he will win.
How did Price and Littler reach the World Grand Prix quarter-finals?
Price booked his spot in the final eight of the World Grand Prix with a 3-0 win over the plucky Josh Rock.

Speaking after his win over Rock, Price reiterated he would not be overawed by the occasion nor by Littler.
“I think the key here is just that I don’t care, like I don’t care who I play,” Price said.
“I play the board and I play… I know if I play my A-game, nine times out of 10 I win.

“I know if I turn up tomorrow I’ll win.

Price added: “I know Luke’s been playing really well, but with the double start, anything can happen.
“I’m playing fantastic. I haven’t been brilliant in this tournament, but if I can get off like I did today, then I’ve got every chance.
“But every single game, I don’t care who I play, it doesn’t matter if it’s any of the Lukes, Michael, if I get off like I did today and up my scoring game, then yeah, I’ll win.”
